The outage worth knowing about
HubSpot's Salesforce sync went dark for eight hours on the 25th. If your reporting looked wrong that day, that is why.
Breeze and the AI layer
Breeze Assistant began spinning up campaign agents on the 23rd. Nurture Agent raised a 1:1 opt-out flag on the 23rd and started testing opt-outs properly on the 24th. HubSpot shipped a free Claude sales plugin on the 26th. ChatGPT Ads reached HubSpot on the 23rd, and AEO brand tracking inside AI answers appeared on the 27th.
Things that break a workflow
New pipeline stages stopped tracking time in stage on the 25th, which quietly breaks any report built on that. RingCentral SMS will not move pipeline stages, confirmed on the 24th. The wish list for global workflow exclusions came up again on the 26th.
Data, apps and integrations
HubSQL went live on every tier on the 23rd. New Marketplace cleanup apps arrived on the 26th. APIANT.ai appeared on the 27th for custom integrations, which matters if you have been quoting middleware work. The QuickBooks reconciliation headache is still unresolved.

Gartner crowned Marketing Hub again on the 25th. MEDDPICC deal automation divided ops teams on the 24th.
