| | Hello there. No big product drops overnight, so today is practical: a ten-step deliverability plan for teams moving email into HubSpot, a nine-minute build of a no-code deal rescue agent, and a new Google Docs connector from HubSpot itself. Plus admins asking for duplicate warnings and quieter customer portal emails. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - A HubSpot community expert lays out a deliverability plan for new senders: confirm permission, clean lists, look past open rates and warm up only when it applies.
- HubSpot Academy builds a deal rescue agent in Agent Builder with no code, using Breeze Assistant to draft the setup and testing before it goes live.
- HubSpot published a Google Docs Connector that lets Breeze read and update Docs content and formatting.

| | 📬 Moving email into HubSpot? Plan deliverability first. A community expert with more than five years of HubSpot customer work shared a ten-step deliverability plan. Confirm every contact gave real permission, suppress unsubscribes and hard bounces, and judge results by clicks, replies and spam reports, not only opens. Shared IPs need no warm-up, dedicated IPs get an automated 40-day one, and a new sending domain should ramp up gradually. 🔎 A five-point CRM audit, open for suggestions. Someone running HubSpot CRM audits for agency pilots shared their checklist and asked what is missing. It starts with clean records, meaning duplicates, missing owners and empty required fields, then pipeline hygiene such as deals skipping stages or stage dates that do not add up, and whether emails and calls are logged on the right deal. A handy starting list for your own quarterly review. | |

| | 🤖 Build a deal rescue agent without writing code. A new HubSpot Academy video walks through building an AI agent in Agent Builder from scratch. Every agent has four parts: instructions, actions, knowledge and inputs. You describe the agent to Breeze Assistant, review its proposed setup, fine-tune and test it, then set access and publish. The example finds stalled deals, flags likely blockers and drafts a follow-up in the rep's voice. 🔗 Using Jira data sync? One admin wants clearer names. A team new to HubSpot's Jira data sync posted an idea to rename each sync, since setups differ by direction, pipeline, ticket status and properties, and it is hard to tell them apart. They also want the sync card on tickets to show the Jira issue code rather than the sync name. Worth backing if you run several syncs side by side. 📝 One form, many links: an idea to cut form clutter. A team maintains ten identical copies of a form that differ only in one hidden field value, each sent in a different transactional email. Their idea is one form with links that pre-fill hidden fields per link, using a short code rather than URL parameters so recipients cannot edit the values. If your forms list is full of near duplicates, this idea could clear it out. | |

| | 👯 Reps want a warning when they create a duplicate lead. One company with inside and onsite sales teams says a prospect can register online and again in person, creating a second lead. Workflows block the duplicate, but nothing tells the rep, who then cannot find the lead they just entered. The idea asks for a duplicate warning at creation time. A useful nudge if your teams share leads across channels. 🔕 Customer portal emails cannot be customized or switched off. Contacts get automatic New message from emails whenever someone posts in a ticket conversation through the Support Portal, and one admin found no setting to change them. The idea asks for an on and off switch, custom subject, body, branding and sender, recipient rules that skip the person who posted, and the option to use a workflow email instead without duplicates. 🧩 Sequence personalization fallbacks: working, with a catch. A user reported that personalization fallbacks fail in sales sequences. A community expert tested it and found fallbacks working when a form submission enrolls the contact automatically. Manual enrollment is different: HubSpot asks you to fill in missing fields first, and an existing idea asks to change that. If yours fail on automatic enrollment, that is likely a bug for support. 📅 Outlook sync stuck waiting for an admin that never hears back. A team trying to connect Outlook email and calendar says HubSpot asks for admin permission, but their company admin never receives a request. They are asking how admin consent works, whether to sign in with the admin account, and how to grant access for other seats. If you manage Microsoft 365 tenants, this is a common onboarding snag worth knowing. | |

| | 📄 HubSpot's own Google Docs connector hits the Marketplace. New in the Marketplace and built by HubSpot, the Google Docs Connector lets Breeze read and update Google Docs content and formatting. Also new this week is Rosie, an AI answering service that picks up calls around the clock and logs each one to HubSpot. Both are fresh listings, so try them in a test portal first. 🆕 The HubSpot Community adds a quicker New topic button. The September and October community release notes add a New topic button in the top navigation, so you can post a question, idea or discussion from any page. Banners can now be dismissed one at a time, and the footer, cookie handling and dark mode styling were refreshed. | |
