| | Hello there. HubSpot's flexible seats-and-credits pricing went live for new EMEA customers on Oct 1, the September product roundup landed with Agent Builder now reaching Starter, and the Workflows API is quietly hiding flows from OAuth apps. Friday for anyone who lives in the portal. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Seats-and-credits pricing is live for new customers in EMEA, with email sends and workflow actions now drawing on credits and credit limits switched on by default.
- The September product roundup puts custom agents and Agent Builder in reach of Starter, brings Notetaker to Starter, and makes one Customer Agent contact property read-only.
- A developer reports the Workflows API on the 2026-09 platform version returns no flows that contain an Edit record action to OAuth apps, which matters for any app that audits workflows.

| | 💬 HubSpot Starter now comes bundled with ChatGPT Ads and a ChatGPT connector. The AI Growth Bundle ties HubSpot Starter to ChatGPT for new customers only. Starter seats are 65 percent off with annual billing or 50 percent off monthly, and annual plans add buy one, get one free ChatGPT Business seats. You can create ChatGPT Ads inside HubSpot with reporting next to other ad networks. HubSpot also lists a connector to check deal status from inside ChatGPT. 📺 TikTok Smart+ and Microsoft Ads join the HubSpot ads tool. The September roundup adds TikTok Smart+ Traffic ads, where TikTok's AI tests up to 50 creative variations from your images or videos, and a Microsoft Ads integration for reporting and attribution beside your other channels. A new ad account health pill replaces the floating banners and groups account, tracking and lead sync errors with links to fix each one. The full list says the features cover all hubs and tiers. 🛡️ Forms get a portal-wide email domain block list. You can now block up to 1,000 email domains, including known free-email providers, across every form from Settings, Marketing, Forms, Submission Settings, while per-form blocking keeps working alongside it. Forms can also be tied to several campaigns at once, which helps when one signup page feeds more than one attribution story. Per HubSpot's roundup, domain blocking is open to all hubs and tiers. 🧭 Breeze can now build a segment from a plain-language description. In Breeze Assistant, or by choosing Start with AI in the Segments app, you describe an audience and review the suggested filters before saving. Segment builders can also rename filter groups, for example Recent MQL Conversions, so complex lists are easier to scan. HubSpot adds an automatic brand voice setup built from your website and content, available on Pro and up. Segment features reach all hubs and tiers. | |

| | 🌍 HubSpot's new seats-and-credits pricing is live for new customers in EMEA. HubSpotHelp says the model applies to new EMEA customers only, does not move existing customers, and is not a pricing change for anyone outside EMEA. It removes Hubs in favor of GTM Seats and Ops Seats, plus free view-only seats. Features such as email, automation, WhatsApp and AI agents run on credits, and credit limits are on by default. HubSpotHelp's Reddit post lays out the three things to know. 🧮 One Reddit user worked out what email and workflows cost under credits. A Reddit user read the public rate sheet and reports monthly credit allowances of 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 by edition, with marketing emails at 15 credits per send for the first 10,000 sends and workflow actions at 3 credits each. By that math, portals full of old hygiene workflows may feel it first. Treat the figures as one reader's reading, and check the rate sheet math against your own portal. 🔋 A single heavy user can drain the credit pool for everyone. An Ideas post asks for monthly credit limits per user or team, alerts as limits approach, and usage reporting by user and team. The author says one person's use of Breeze Assistant, prospecting agents or enrichment can use up the pool and pause credit features for the whole business. The September roundup says admins can already set account, feature and action level limits, so the request is about going finer. 🔢 Anyone have a reliable way to number deals in sequence? A HubSpot user wants every new deal to get a prefix and a sequential number, and says the Sequential app did not work even after following its getting-started guide. They are asking for tips or a better app. If your agency has solved this for quoting or invoicing references, the thread is a good place to share what you use. | |

| | 🤖 Agent Builder and custom agents now reach Starter. Agent Builder puts triggers, actions and custom agents on one canvas. Workflows can start from a schedule, webhook, third-party event or CRM record, hand a complex decision to an agent, then resume. Custom agents are now included from Starter up, with run limits and a simulation mode that estimates credits. Eligible workflows get a Convert to new builder option. Credits are required for agents. 🧱 The Workflows API is not listing flows that edit records. A developer building a read-only marketplace app on platform version 2026.09 says GET /automation/v4/flows only returns flows with no property-editing action. In an Enterprise test account the four default ticket workflows vanished too, and fetching one flow returned a 403 about external API access. The post asks what makes a flow accessible to external APIs. The thread had no reply when we checked this morning. 🔌 Breeze Assistant gets connectors for Slack, Xero, Gong, Canva and more. New connectors cover Fathom, Xero, Box, Canva, Gong and Slack for Breeze Assistant and Agent Hub, and Google Drive, Calendar, Chat and Gmail can be connected with admin approval. Admins can set tool-by-tool permissions, block write tools in one click, or require confirmation. The roundup also says you can install recommended Marketplace apps from inside the chat. 📱 A French SMS and RCS app is looking for HubSpot testers. Conexteo, a French messaging platform, built an app that sends SMS and RCS messages from HubSpot workflows and contact records. To get Marketplace-listed it needs three active installs from real portals, so a co-founder is asking admins, RevOps people or agencies to test the app and report what is broken. Vendor-run, so judge it like any early listing. 🎬 HubSpot Academy shows how to describe a workflow to Breeze and publish it. A new Academy short walks through prompting Breeze with the automation you want, reviewing the workflow it generates, making final edits and publishing it. It is a quick way to see what the prompt-to-workflow path looks like before you hand it to a team. Watch the short first. | |

| | 🎙️ Notetaker reaches Starter, with one-tap recording on mobile. Notetaker now works on Starter and uses transcripts and deal context to suggest or auto-approve CRM updates through Smart Deal Progression. The iOS and Android apps add a home-screen microphone for in-person meetings and voice notes, including offline, plus a Review and Action tab for the AI summary and follow-up email. Mobile Notetaker is for seated Sales Hub and Service Hub Pro and up. 🎧 Help Desk adds AI quality scores and a waitlist for full queues. Service Hub Pro and up gets a Customer Experience Score and a Quality Assurance Score on each ticket, the second rating tone, clarity and empathy and requiring Customer Agent. When every agent is at capacity, tickets wait in a Waitlist view ordered by SLA and wait time. New ticket reopening rules reopen the original ticket for replies inside a time window you set. ⚠️ One Customer Agent contact property is now read-only. HubSpot flags a breaking change: the hs_customer_agent_lead_status contact property can now be written only by Customer Agent. If a workflow, import or integration sets it today, those writes will no longer land. Check the Customer Agent notes before your next sync, and note the agent also gets Auto-Setup built from your Help Desk and Inbox conversations. | |

| | 🗓️ Platform updates move to March and September, and legacy APIs start sunsetting in 2027. The developer platform now ships twice a year, with date-versioned APIs supported for 18 months and Projects version 2026.09. HubSpot says legacy API versions and apps begin to sunset in March and September 2027. If your agency maintains custom integrations, put a review on the calendar well before the first sunset window. | |
