| | Hello there. No official HubSpot release notes landed overnight, so the Marketplace and the community did the talking. Meta now has its own lead ads app in the Marketplace, a round-robin router joined it, and admins flagged gaps in forecasts, health scores and ad tracking that are worth knowing before your next report goes to the boss. In today’s newsletter, we’ll get into: - Meta's Facebook Lead Ads and Conversions API app is new in the HubSpot Marketplace and sends lifecycle stage changes back to Meta.
- A team paying about 1,000 euros a month for the Brands add-on found the Sales Forecast page has no brand filter, so every brand shares one forecast.
- Instagram posts boosted in Meta Ads Manager skip HubSpot's UTM auto-tracking, which hides their downstream conversions.

| | 📣 Boosted Instagram posts skip UTM auto-tracking. A multi-brand team noticed that when they boost an organic Instagram post inside Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot's auto-tracking does not add UTM parameters the way it does for every other ad. Some of those boosted posts beat their regular ads, yet the conversions never show up in HubSpot. The boosted post tracking idea asks HubSpot to add tracking for boosted posts. ✉️ Survey reminders that say something new. Right now a survey reminder repeats the original invitation. One user wants to set a different subject line and body for the reminder, so a contact who ignored a help-us-improve appeal can get an incentive pitch instead. If your NPS or CSAT response rates are flat, vote for custom survey reminders and test a second angle by hand meanwhile. | |

| | 🏷️ The Brands add-on stops at the forecast. A customer paying about 1,000 euros a month for the Brands add-on found that the Sales Forecast page has no brand filter, so every brand's pipeline is lumped into one number. In their words, Brands tags records but does not separate them where it matters most. If you run several brands, back the Brands forecast filter request before planning season. ❤️ Survey answers cannot feed customer health scores. A Service Hub Professional team stores an NPS answer in a custom survey response property, but the health score editor does not offer survey responses as an object to add. A peer's workaround: use a workflow to copy only the latest score onto the company record and note the response date. The health score thread lays out the problem in detail. 🧹 Who cleans up the workflows nobody understands? A Redditor keeps hearing about CRMs full of workflows built by someone who left, with no notes and everyone afraid to touch them. They asked whether teams fixed that themselves or paid a consultant or agency for an audit, and what it cost. If you inherited a tangled portal, the workflow audit question is a good place to compare notes. 📦 Line items cannot pull stock levels from products. One team syncs stock levels from its bookkeeping software onto HubSpot products, which hold the truth. But you cannot create property sync properties on line items that pull from the product, so reps building a quote, deal or invoice cannot see stock on the line item. The line item property sync idea asks for that link. | |

| | 🎯 Meta's lead ads app lands in the Marketplace. Meta listed Facebook Lead Ads and Conversions API in the HubSpot Marketplace on Oct 27. Leads from ads across Meta's apps arrive in HubSpot as contacts, and each time one becomes an MQL or a customer, Meta learns which ads bring revenue rather than just form fills. Agencies running Meta spend can check the Meta listing and its setup. 🔄 A new round-robin router for contacts and deals. RoundRobinLeads by In Code Studios is also new in the Marketplace. It promises automatic round-robin, weighted and SLA-based assignment for HubSpot contacts and deals. If your built-in rotation is too blunt for a team with different quotas or response targets, compare RoundRobinLeads with what your workflows already do before adding another app. 🧭 Knowledge base menus live in odd places. An admin building a knowledge base says the hardest part is remembering where the navigation menus are kept. They want the knowledge base, customer portal and quick links menus moved under Content, then Navigation menus, next to the others. If your service team maintains help content, the menu location request could save you some hunting. | |
