| | 📉 HubSpot lost 80% of its blog traffic and kept growing. CMO Kipp Bodnar told Search Engine Journal that the blog, once above 20 million organic visits a month, lost about 80% of that as AI answers spread. Revenue still grew nearly 20% in 2025, because about 90% of content leads now come from newsletters, podcasts, YouTube and creators. HubSpot now tracks revenue per visit, AI share of voice and content-influenced pipeline. Read the interview before your next traffic report. 🧭 Where workflows stop and judgment starts. A Reddit post argues that HubSpot workflows handle clear rules well, such as a field change that sets another field, sends an email or creates a task, but get stuck when a step needs a judgment call or spans several tools. Quiet deals, lead routing and meeting prep top the list. Join the workflow limits discussion if one of those still eats your team's week. | |

| | 🤖 Is Breeze falling short for you too? One admin says they spent a long time refining prompts, guardrails and tests for Breeze, especially in workflow actions, and still find the results disappointing and awkward. Separately, a community request asks for Breeze to set a contact as a marketing contact, since it can already create the contact and add it to a segment. Compare notes in the Breeze thread. 🗂️ Getting comments out of ticket notes. A support team with about 11,250 tickets across two pipelines can export tickets and notes, but not the comment threads underneath the notes, where the real problem solving happened. They want to keep the ticket, note and comment links intact and found the comments load as JSON in the browser. Follow the ticket comments export question if you face the same migration. 📎 File uploads in the customer portal are plain text. Teams showing a file upload property in the customer portal's tickets view find it appears as plain text, with no way for customers to click or download the file. The idea asks HubSpot to make those properties clickable. If you share files with customers through tickets, back the customer portal file idea. | |

| | 🔌 SharePoint and OneDrive beta will not install for a Free user. A Super Admin on HubSpot Free joined the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive public beta on Oct 29, but the Install button stays disabled with a message saying they lack permission. The app shows as approved, install rights are set to admins, and the block happens before any Microsoft sign-in. Check the SharePoint beta thread before you try it. 🎫 A wish list for the Jira integration. A help desk user who logs bugs in Jira copies a templated private note into each new Jira ticket by hand, because the integration does not support rich text and adds stray line breaks. They ask for a copy last internal note option, default project and issue type fields, and rich text support. Add your vote to the Jira idea. 🩺 PortalPilot audits your portal. New in the HubSpot Marketplace, PortalPilot by NordScope analyzes a portal for data quality, configuration, property, association and process issues. It turns the findings into health scores, prioritized recommendations and next steps, aimed at RevOps teams and HubSpot consultancies. See the PortalPilot listing. 📞 VibeSell coaches reps during live calls. Another new Marketplace app, VibeSell, gives B2B sales teams live call guidance grounded in their HubSpot accounts, then proposes HubSpot updates after the call that the rep approves. Read the VibeSell listing if you are comparing call assistants. | |

| | 🎥 What is new in Sales Hub, from UNBOUND 2026. HubSpot posted a session where Maximus Greenwald and Brigitte Gabrus from Sales Hub product leadership cover the latest agents and features, and the idea that AI is only as good as the context behind it. The aim is less busywork and more time on deals that matter. Watch the Sales Hub session on YouTube. | |
